My weigh in

I AM PRETTY THRILLED THIS WEEK. GOT WEIGHED AND LOST 1.8 THIS WEEK.
I MEASURED ALL WEEK, CUT DOWN ON CARBS / TOOK GOOD ADVICE FROM OUR CANADIAN VISIT LAST WEEKEND..
AND I EXERCISED ALL WEEK..
SO LETS SEE WHAT NEXT WEEK BRINGS.. BY THE WAY IM COUNTING CALORIES, NOT POINTS....

Hi Pat
Good for you!!! great week! keep doing what you are doing.
I am reading the "Biggest Loser" book and they also recommend counting calories. I may try that too.

Calories is easier for me, I do 1200 to 1250.. I just journal like WW , but count calories now.. Just a mind thing going on :)

For me, it's the points. Up to now it's been good for me. Each person has to find what works for them i guess. Good for you Pat.
