Hello

Hello Ladies,
Sorry I am late on updating the blog. We had company from Canada this past weekend & I am trying to get back with the Program! Great start on Monday. I have been journaling, eating more Protein, and back at the gym!! I have a friend who is starting to join me tomorrow. We'll be going early morning! Also I haved moved my WW day to Thursdays.
Sooooo. Yes it has been a slow process for me with challenging times.. This past week I had a gain, but thats ok.. I am back on track....
Ok Ladies lets get back on track now!! WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER....
JUST KEEP GOING, NO MATTER IF YOU HAD A BAD WEEK OR DAY!!!
