Weekly Weight Loss Update


Well First of all,
Thank you to the Ladies that have decided to join again & try this one more time.
I have changed the Weight Loss Ticker page a little. I added the Losses & Gains to the right of that page.
If you would still like to join the rest of us, just email me with your current weight, your target weight and I will add you onto our ticker page! Simple as that.
You do what program you would like to do.

Ok so this week at WW. i really learned alot again!
OIL, OIL, OIL.... Very Very important to add 2 tsp of oil a day to your weight loss program.
Some add it into there oatmeal, salad, or while cooking for themselfs.
Smart Balance butter now has Conola. Check it out..

Also if you want to continue walking in bad weather, they sell these things that go under your shoes or boots , called Yack Tracks.. I guess they work unbelievable.. You can find them at Dicks, any Sporting good, Walmart etc

The NEW MOMENTUM WEIGHT WATCHERS PROGRAM IS AWESOME!!! I love the little book you get now.. Everything in one little book..

I had a not bad bad week, but could have done much better. I did my full groceries today, got rid of snack bars in the cupboards that are full of sugar. Added Oatmeals & WW bars.
Bought more Veggies & Fruits, and plan on having a better week..
We are still WALKING & I am going to be adding some Leslie in Home weight programs...
