Weekly update


Hello everyone,

Sorry I slacked off this past week. It was a long stressful week, with having to put our dog Jake down. I was off track all week, but still managed to loose .2lbs. We still continued our walks, but my eating was awful. It was hard for me to get my 3 mealsd in.. But Im still happy with my little loss.
At WW this past week, the instructor talked about filling foods, satisfying foods. I am going to look in my book and add a list on the blog this week.
I hope you all had a good week. I am going to go look at my emails now and update our Blog...And I hope you all have a GREAT week this week..

Patsy We're all getting does kinds of weeks but the main thing is not to get discourage .You managed to loose anyway. Good for you.
