November 14th Weight loss update


Hi Ladies
I haven't checked in for 2 weeks now. Here is the scoop.. :)
I gained 1 lb last week & this week I stayed the same.. So right now Im at a stand still.
We are still walking 5 to 6 nights a week 3.2 miles. I have lost more inches
So this week I decided to take a break from Jenny Craig. I had planned not to stay on it to to long, because #1 it is costly & #2 there food all contains Soy & I had been concerned about the pros & cons of Soy & breast Cancer, so I had asked my Doctor & she told me, it's fine to do the Jenny Craig, but try not to stay on it to to long..

So today I went to Weight Watchers again & decided to do some weight watchers & some Jenny Craig :).. There are some foods that I really like from Jenny Craig.
Anyhow, Now im shooting for a 3 lb loss.. Maybe not in one week, but hopefully 2 :)
Over all Im still doing well & feel good...
