Update on my 2 week weigh in


Hello

Just a update on my weight. I didn't write a update for the week of October 10th, because I had a house full of company from Canada. That week I got weighed on Friday morning & stayed the same.. So that was ok... I had walked my 5 nights though of 3.2 miles.
It was a little tough that week, seeing I kept on picking into all the food I had made & wasn't fully on track as I had been.. Skipped a few meals because I was so busy preparing for company...
Now this week, I got weighed Saturday and had my FIRST gain of .6
I walked 6 days this passed week of 3.2 miles each time, but had a challenging weekend with food & drinking at the wedding.. I don't feel I went over board at all, I just didn't stay on track......So all n all I feel I didn't do BAD at all considering...
Anyhow, Im back in full swing/ BACK ON TRACK... Im trying to hit my half way mark that will let me eat 2 days of my own food during the week :).. I am 8 lbs away for that... yaaaahooooooooo
Anyhow this is my update for the week.. We are off to take our walk after :)

COMMON LADIES, JOIN ME WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS!! DON'T GIVE UP...
I'LL BE RETURNING TO WEIGHT WATCHERS HOPEFULLY BY DECEMBER OR JANUARY...

I'm trying really hard just finished a reset program now i'm gonna follow ww and and replace some meals with the program usana. your doing great keep up the good work. kim

Pat your doing very good. I'm not always on the ball but i'm trying. I'm not going to stop.I know i can do better and i will.
